Returns and Exchanges Policies

At Republic Brand, we place the highest emphasis on quality control to ensure our customers receive the workmanship and materials they deserve.  We believe in our products and offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on everything we manufacture.  As such, your satisfaction is very important to us.  Please contact us if you have any question before, during or after your purchase.  Your feedback is important and we value every one of our customers.  Listed below are the details of our exchange and returns policy.

Product Exchange Details

At Republic Brand, we understand that people change their mind.  Don’t worry, it is not a problem.  Please contact our Customer Service Team at 979-595-6355, Mon-Thurs: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., CST, to initiate an exchange.  We will be happy to place a new order for you.  You will be charged for the new item(s) when it ships, and once we receive your exchange item a separate refund will be processed to your original form of payment. We will ship exchanges to addresses within the United States at our expense.

If you find a manufacturers defect we will help you exchange the product after it has been inspected.  Once we receive the product and it is found to have a manufactures defect in workmanship or manufacturing the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Product Return Details

Returns on unused products purchased online or from one of our dealers are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We will email you a Return merchandise Authorization (RMA) form that you must print, fill out and return with the product in question.  Once the item(s) has been inspected a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping instructions will be provided.  Customers must pay return shipping charges.




Monogramming Return Policy

Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.  Monogramming is painstakingly done, making each item unique.  We thoroughly inspect the item(s) before they are shipped to meet our strict quality control standards.

Q:  What is the most common reason for returns?

A:  We have found the top reason for a return is not checking the size of a specific size of a bag, tote or bag. All product sizes are found in the images and product descriptions.

Q:  Do you accept returns on sales items?

A:  We do not accept returns or exchanges on online sale items; however, these items are still covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.  If you have any questions about a sales item please do not hesitate to call or email our Customer Support Team.

Q:  Can I return a product that was a gift? 

A:  Yes.  Please follow the instructions listed in our Return and Exchanges Policies.  You will receive a store credit in the form of a gift certificate for the current selling price of the product.

Q:  I purchased an item at one of your dealers and I would like to return or exchange it.  Is this possible?

A:  Yes.  You may return a product that was purchased at one of our dealers by following the instructions listed in our Return and Exchanges Policies.  Please include your invoice information with the return or exchange.  A refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.

Q:  I used a coupon code to purchase a product I am exchanging or returning.  What happens?

A:  You can exchange or return a product that was purchased using an online coupon code.  The refund will reflect the amount actually paid and a new coupon code will not be issued.
